Jay Bride, Founder & CEO

Jay Bride, Chief Executive Officer of Allegiant Global Partners, is a seasoned insurance professional who specializes in serving the unique needs of international NGOs and global nonprofits.  

Leveraging his experience selling international benefits for CIGNA and the industry insights gained brokering health insurance for INGOs, Jay founded Allegiant in 2015. Today, Allegiant helps numerous mission-driven organizations successfully navigate the complexities of global insurance. 

In addition to providing hands-on support to clients and the Allegiant team, Jay keeps a pulse on the unique, ever-changing challenges global organizations face — and works to share these insights with the larger community.

Denis Guay, President & Chief Customer Officer

Before coming to Allegiant in 2015, Denis held lead underwriting management positions at three of the industry’s largest international and domestic insurance carriers: CIGNA Healthcare, Aetna International, and The Hartford. Complementing this technical background is Denis’ passion for education, creativity, and problem-solving. Denis received his MSc in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute — and in 2018, began teaching a graduate-level course on employee benefits at his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Rhode Island.

As President of Allegiant, Denis provides our clients — and team — with round-the-clock support and excels at finding creative solutions to the unique challenges facing global organizations.

Brandon Attar, Executive Vice President of Client Operations

Brandon has previously held a director-level underwriting position at Aetna International and worked as a financial consulting manager for a national consulting firm. In his role as Executive Vice President of Client Operations, Brandon oversees the Account Management team and provides our clients with critical hands-on support.
